CRISIS RESOURCES

In crisis and needing support?

Since I am not available by phone 24/7, I am not considered a crisis counselor. Luckily, our community has many resources available if you are in crisis and needing immediate support.  I know it can be intimidating to reach out but these resources are made for exactly this purpose and people are waiting to help.  Here is a list of crisis resources by type of communication.

In an emergency, always call 911.
